Welcome to Dogleams Support. Here you can find help with using Dogleams, managing your dog’s profiles, tracking care, understanding subscriptions, and learning how your privacy is protected.
Dogleams is a private dog-care diary for tracking your dog’s moods, walks, meals, routines, calendar events, and wellbeing — all in one place.
Getting Started
To begin using Dogleams, create a profile for your dog. You can add details such as your dog’s name, photo, and care information, then start logging moods, walks, meals, hydration, routines, and calendar events.
If you care for more than one dog, you can create multiple dog profiles. Each dog has their own logs, events, cards, and widget snapshot.
Today Dashboard
The Today dashboard gives you a quick view of your dog’s daily care.
You can use it to check your dog’s wellbeing score, log moods, walks, meals, hydration, review reminders, follow streaks, and see weekly summaries.
If available on your device, you can also use the optional spoken Today summary.
Mood & Wellbeing Tracking
Dogleams lets you log your dog’s mood, energy, behaviors, triggers, and notes.
These logs help you review changes over days, weeks, and months. You can use them to better understand your dog’s routine, activity, appetite, and general wellbeing.
Dogleams insights are informational only and are not a substitute for veterinary advice. If you are worried about your dog’s health, contact a veterinarian.
Walk Logging
You can log walks and rate them across behavior, focus, energy, socialization, and obedience. You can also add distance, duration, highlights, and notes.
Dogleams may award medals for great walks, endurance, and exploration.
Meals, Nutrition & Hydration
Dogleams helps you track meals, calories, water, and weekly nutrition trends.
You can search dog foods by name or brand, scan barcodes with optional lookup in public food databases, keep food notes, and check common dangerous-food risks.
Optional barcode lookups send only the product code to public food databases and can be turned off anytime.
Care Calendar & Reminders
Use the Care Calendar to schedule walks, vet visits, grooming, medication, training, feeding, birthdays, and other important care events.
You can create recurring events, set reminders, use templates, apply filters, and view your schedule in calendar or list view.
You can also share events as beautiful cards.
Shareable Pet Cards
Dogleams lets you create shareable pet cards from special moments and updates.
You can use ready-made templates, create custom designs with your dog’s photo, name, and message, make animated video cards with your dog’s recorded voice, and export cards as images or PDFs.
Meal Update Cards
Meal Update Cards help households and caregivers avoid double-feeding.
You can share a quick update showing that your dog has already been fed, including the latest meal, time, caregiver, and today’s total calories.
Care Circle
Care Circle helps track which caregiver handled each walk, meal, or event.
Caregiver names and avatars stay on your device. Dogleams does not require an account.
Privacy
Dogleams is privacy-first.
There is no account, no ads, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics. Your dog’s profile, logs, notes, and photos stay on your device.
Dogleams is designed so your dog-care information remains private and under your control.
AI Features
AI wellbeing and nutrition features require iOS 26 or later and a device that supports Apple’s on-device intelligence.
AI insights are informational only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
Device Requirements
Dogleams requires iPhone or iPad with iOS 18.6 or later.
Some features may require a newer iOS version or a supported device.
